Flooding in St Martins

 

 

The Parish Council are in correspondence with Severn Trent, Ofwat, and other organisations to try to resolve the problem of flooding in various areas of the parish.

 

Have you had problems with flooding?

 

We are looking for evidence of flooding events. This might include photographs, insurance claims, and other documentation.

 

The information that we need is as follows:

·       Dates

·       Duration of flooding

·       Severity of weather conditions at the time

·       Whether the flooding was surface water or sewerage

·       If possible, details of any complaints logged

       (name of person spoken to, reference number issued)

 

We need to compile as much evidence as possible of past flooding events.

 

We also need to keep detailed records of any flooding that occurs from now on.
