The Summer Fayre was held on July 3 and was a great day out for all the family. The weather was stunning and the field, behind Stans Superstore, was full of 54 stalls and attractions. We were delighted that so many of our local groups and societies were represented.

The proceeds of the fayre go back into the village of St Martins.

The day was full of activities which included helicopter rides ,a planting workshop for children ,a fun dog show ,fun fair, extreme trampolines, Jolly Jungle play bus , inflatables and a talent show which attracted young musicians , comedians, and dancers.

A huge thank you goes out to everyone who helped in the planning, organising and volunteering on the day. We simply couldn't have done it without you.

It was amazing that in a few hours after the close of the event that the field was back to normal.

Luckily the committee started putting the plans together last September, so we certainly had preparations well in hand- but always welcome more volunteers to help on the day, and new committee members to join us from September 2010.

There was a fantastic prize draw raffle with prizes including a signed Liverpool Legends football, tickets for a Liverpool home game
2 x day passes to Lion Quays Spa ,Cloggau Gold Jewellery voucher worth £100 and lots more.
